So yesterday me and my boyfriend went to visit rosarito for a day vacay and at the end of the day I started getting bad sharp pains possible from too much walking . Should I be worried? What do you think it is? And why? I’m 18 weeks and when I came home to pee there was no blood of nothing just pain in my stomach last night
