Ok so I'm 8 weeks and 3days. I just had a terrible case of tunnel vision. I got it a few weeks ago too. Could this be pregnancy related? It starts out as just blotchy blurred vision and I cant focus my eyesight then goes into a tunnel vision and it looks almost like a kaleidoscope all around the sides of my vision. It lasts for maybe 15 minutes followed by a slight headache. Ive been drinking tons of water and just ate about 2 hours ago so I know it can't be dehydration or sugar level.
