My baby fell asleep by himself tonight with no swaddle or sleep suit!

Praise Jesus. The four month sleep regression hit us hard and my son hasn’t been sleeping more than an hour at a time by himself. The only way he’s slept is if we rock him and feed him and then if he sleeps on me. I’ve ended up bringing him to bed with me so many nights just so I get some sleep. But tonight he fell asleep on his own and I’m praying this is the beginning of the end of the sleep regression. I don’t even know what ill do the next time I get a full night’s sleep.

Edit to add: There was no crying involved either. He just fell asleep. 🥰
