Help! Baby only sleeps in arms - starting daycare

My 12 week old will only sleep on me and is terrible with naps - 15 minutes if he’s not being held - he starts daycare in 2 weeks and I’ve been working so hard on his sleeping (especially napping) so that he will be able to sleep at daycare without issue. We have had no luck. I’m so worried he’s going to be exhausted and so fussy once he starts daycare. Anyone have tips/tricks or advice? I’m already a mess about daycare in general and this is just taking my anxiety to the next level. 😞
