I was wearing some pretty tight shorts today and my cameltoe was pretty noticeable and while walking down the street I got dirty looks. But I've seen guys wearing tight shorts and you can see their bulge. But how come when a woman does it it's bad?

Neither is attractive to me to be honest.  But it doesn't mean one is eternally sentenced to wear baggy clothes.  The only time I ever got that was when I wore pants that were too small (and I just didn't want to admit it...)  Properly fitting clothes solve a lot of those issues.
