Help!

I threw my test away didn’t think to take a picture my cycle is so late though & im experiencing nausea on top of backache & headache I went to my Obgyn the lady didn’t show me the test but when she came in the room she was shaking my test in her hand asking when was my last cycle than I took one today & it seemed as if there was a faint line for a second but than nothing I even took it apart. Idek first time I was pregnant it was only a day or 2 after my cycle I got an immediate positive test I’m so confused I’ve never missed my period like this
