my lo has been refusing to nurse on my right breast all day! we just got home and my right breast was super hard and hurt and itched so bad! so i decided to pump, i manual pumped for 2 minutes & got 5oz like nothing!
my breast feels so much better but now its just super itchy from being big to deflated now lol. im pretty sure if i pumped for longer i could have got more out 😬
