So I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem I did. I took Femara last month for the first time ever. Well two weeks ago on First Response Rapid Pregnancy tests I get 4 faint positive tests. So my period was due to start last Thursday. I had some bleeding Thursday and called my OB. Upon speaking with the nurse she stated the same thing happened to her friend. Said that this medication can give you false positive on a test. My period definitely showed up the next day but I’m just so frustrated with that medicine to give me false hope. Praying it actually works this time.
