Pre term labor.

Has anyone experienced pre term labor at 26weeks and kept baby in longer than 30+weeks? Last Wednesday I went into the doctor for some cramping and nausea. Turned out I was having contractions, 2cm dilated and cervix was 50% thinned out. I was put on magnesium for 2 days and took 2 steroid shots for baby’s lungs if he decides to come this early. I got sent home on bed rest and medication to keep the contractions down and so I don’t dilate anymore. I just need some advice or stories from other moms. This is terribly hard for me... 😔 baby isn’t due until November 25th.
