Makeup vanity necessary?

Who else does NOT have a makeup vanity? 🙋‍♀️ Almost every girl I know has one. Am I missing out on something? I feel a little left out 😂
The reason why I don't have one is because I feel it takes up space and I don't wear makeup everyday. I keep all my makeup in one makeup bag on a shelf in my room, and do my makeup using the large mirror in my room.

Definitely not necessary. I like to stand while doing my make up.

I'm way to nearsighted for something like that 🤓 way better with a makeup mirror that I can stand 15-20cm away from.

I dont. I've never had one. I just use the bathroom because it has a huge mirror and great lighting

I feel like it depends on how much makeup you own, I literally needed a vanity because I had no where else to store it all, there was no room in the bathroom or anything, and then I helps me now make a huge mess in the bathroom either, I can leave everything out on my vanity and it’ll be fine because that’s where it belongs.

I don’t have the extra space for one, although it would be nice to have that kind of organization.
I usually sit on the floor at my large mirror or if it’s just a quick application I do it standing in my bathroom mirror.

I recently just got a separate makeup vanity! It’s just a small secretary stile desk. I don’t wear makeup eeeveryday, but when I sit down in a special spot to do makeup it’s really nice! Not necessary though
