5dpo sharp pelvic pain
5 dpo today and I just had a sharp pain on the left side of my pelvic/pubic area that lasted about a minute. Not a gas cramp. The pain went away but my pelvic/abdominal area feels tight and aches. Could that be implantation pain? I’ve been having a lot of tightness down there and back pain since I ovulated.
