Pool floaty for sleeping on belly while pregnant?

Unfortunately I could never find a pool float that worked however, I bought this pillow and it was literally the best money I've ever spent while pregnant. 
It was SO COMFORTABLE, eased the pain in my hips, and trapped gas was a problem no longer cause it takes the belly weight off of your intestines 🤣

I just slept right on my belly🤷🏻‍♀️ I was huge belly wide and never had a issue
