Birth control patches.

So I have no idea what is happening someone please help 🤦‍♀️

So I use birth control patches and yesterday I had to change mine well I took it off because it was all bunched up and I was busy for a little bit so I didn’t put my new patch on for about 30-40 minutes. In those 30-40 minutes I got really emotional for some reason crying just really upset doesn’t happens out of the blue usually. So i put my new patch on and went to bed. This morning I have cramps and my period has just started. It wasn’t supposed to happen for another week and even if it was supposed to it never comes this quick.
