How long before you were normal again?

How long was it before your period became normal after stopping THE PILL? Not any IUD’s or patches, just the pill (mine was a low dosage). My period is supposed to come this week (Wednesday night or Thursday) but I don’t want to waste pads thinking that I’m gonna get it and I don’t. And I also don’t want to get my hopes thinking I’m pregnant lol sorry if this was the wrong thread to post this. It kind of goes under both “the pill” and “period talk” lol
