Miscarriage?

I wiped today and had this bright red discharge. It's since gone away - mild cramping, but I had that with my 1st pregnancy.. my hcg levels have increased.. anyone else have this and everything be fine? I'm 5.3 weeks.. I'm terrified..

UPDATE: The bleeding had stopped. It never got more than a few red streaks within my discharge. I have had cramping on and off all day but nothing more than regular first trimester cramping. I woke up today just prepared to miscarry and I was so upset. I went for another quant and it should have been 1640.. but it was actually 1837!!! So it over doubled! We are going to do an us next week but my Doc said she wouldn't expect it to double or over double if I were miscarrying. Still not in the clear but feeling better. Prayers are welcome 💕

This is how I am right now at 5,6. Lower back cramping only. Same discharge. Just watching myself amd taking it easy.

Spotting is pretty common. If you are worried, you can go to the dr to be safe
