Second miscarriage d&c or meds

So I found out I miscarried again. I miscarried in February and got a d&c miscarried again a few months later and did it naturally. Now I miscarried again and was wondering if I should opt for the d&c or meds? Is it safe to have 2 d&c’s within 6 months? I’ve heard a lot of people have to get a d&c anyways after the meds. Any advise stories experience would be great. I will want to try again as soon as possible as I’m not giving up hope yet. Thank everyone
