3 positive home pregnancy test but negative urine test at the doctor?

So I’m 8 days late. I took 3 test at home yesterday because I’m having strong nausea, backache, lots and lots of cm to the point where my underwear are soaked (sorry tmi).

I had 3 faint but clear pregnancy test at home. The lines weren’t very dark but you didn’t need to squint to see it. You could see them from far away too and they all showed up right away.

So I got an appointment with my gp and their test was negative. When I showed her the pictures of my home pregnancy test she sent me for blood work. And now I’m second guessing myself. Even with symptoms. I feel so disappointed and sad. I don’t know what to think. I have to wait until tomorrow for results!!! Anyone had a similar experience and turned out pregnant? 😢
