Tattoos

I love my tattoo it's very visable, pain, "not offensive" but still sizeable. I'm on maternity leave and I'm worried about returning to work with it. I work in retail and my boss is a bit much (no piercings, coloured hair, tattoos, too much make up, hair etc) I'm looking for a different job, mainly because I want more flexible hours, any one else with a visable tattoo had problems with work/ finding work?
