help?! hot flashes!!!

i’ve got serious hot flashes lately and i’m just today 18 weeks pregnant and idk what to do to calm them down!!! anybody have any home remedy solutions?? please help, when i get these it makes me feel like i’m gonna puke!!!

I’m in the same boat lol lots of cold water, light cotton clothing, fans and ac in the house, I get slushes on the hotter days, light meals.
