Unisom, magnesium not enough

Has anyone found an option for insomnia (or gotten suggestions from their doc) stronger than Unisom, magnesium or melatonin? I’m 9 weeks and have been struggling to get any sleep since before I even got a positive test. At first I tried taking epsom salt baths, drinking chamomile, journaling, meditating, basically having a two hour wind down before bed. Nothing. I’ve tried taking more than twice the recommended dose of Unisom, magnesium and melatonin (even tried combinations) and am still just not sleeping. Aside from it making it difficult to even get myself safely to work, let alone get any work done at all, I’m at the point where I feel like the stress of sleep deprivation on my body has got to be worse for baby than anything (reasonable) I could take for sleep. Any suggestions welcome! (Any comments about the potential side effects or harm I could do to my baby with sleep supplements not welcome or helpful - I’ve had plenty of sleepless nights to research them thoroughly).
