BFN on early result 12 DPO

I know I’m not out til AF comes but starting to feel nervous. I’ve been taking cheapie test strips and got a Family dollar early result which is supposed to compare to FRER since I didn’t wanna waste those yet but it’s still a BFN. I thought maybe since this test was supposed to be more sensitive that something would appear. Trying to keep my hopes up but guess we will just wait and see if AF comes. Anyone have a negative on an early detection or FRER 12 DPO and get a BFP later? I just thought early detections might show something sooner and I swore I felt implantation pains 7DPO and today I had some random cramping on the same side. Just needed to vent. 🤷🏻‍♀️
