Is this it?

I woke up at 4am with a very crampy period like stomachache, then when my alarm went off at 6:15 i stood up and was bleeding and passed a big clot when i peed. I had a doctor appt at 7am anyway so i went and she said I’m 4cm and to walk around an hour to bring on contractions and go to hospital. So i went to hospital and when they checked me around 10:30 they said i was still 4cm and 70% and to go home and walk and come back when contractions are 2-3 mins apart for a few hours. Well it’s now almost 8pm and I’m having the contractions like every 6-8 mins or so but they’re not unbearable but they hurt more if i am laying down. If i am on my ball theyre not so bad. IS THIS IT?? I’m trying VBAC and very nervous. They won’t induce me and with my first my water broke in middle of night so i went straight to hospital and did not have this waiting game.
