High risk hpv w/ abnormal cells

Found out at 12 weeks pregnant I am high risk hpv with abnormal cells already did a colposcopy. I'm really scared that they won't be able to clear it after baby arrives or that itd be already too late. And I seen from someone on here that they give you an adrenaline shot for the leep procedure that makes your heart fast and makes you shaky I have really bad anxiety after that happens after drinking too much caffeine how do I deal with that? And does this mean I should check if I have the cells in my throat and mouth too? Because I read somewhere that it can also be spread there how would I go about doing that? My obgyn hasnt told me much about the hpv besides I still have abnormal cells after doing the colposcopy. When I asked her about it all she told me is that by the looks of it it looks like I've had it for quite sometime by what she usually sees with hpv. But 2 years ago my pap smear was clear of hpv.
