Subchorionic Hemorrhage

I went in for my first ultrasound today at 7 weeks. Things look normal, heartbeat was 152, but it looks like there’s a small subchorionic hemorrhage next to the sac. The doc was totally not worried at all, says they see it so often they don’t even really consider it that abnormal at this stage. I’ve read a bunch about this in the past and I know it’s usually fine (though sometimes not), but I’d love some encouraging stories. I’d also love to know if anyone had an early subchorionic hemorrhage that went away without bleeding! I had a miscarriage two years ago and I don’t know if I can handle seeing bleeding again without totally losing it 😣
