Hcg only 120 at 4 weeks 3 days

My midwife called me today to tell me my hcg levels were on the low side and that I needed to recheck them next week. Has anyone else had low levels to start that have gone onto have a healthy pregnancy? I had a ruptured ectopic in april and I'm so scared I'm going to have another one!
