Freshman year, please help...

In seven days, I'll be going back to school as a freshman, and I'm dreading it. The students are going to ruin everything. Here's my prediction based on what has been happening in years prior:

I'll walk into the building. People are going to be screaming to each other (making jokes about intercourse and saying things like "shit" and "fuck" every other word because they probably think it makes them look grown up) as they stand two feet apart, and one of the heterosexual "popular" guys are going to slap another popular guy on the butt for attention. Next, I'll walk into class and someone is going to walk up to me to ask me why I'm wearing a polo shirt, and if I have ever considered getting a rhinoplasty. He/she will walk away before I can say anything since he/she has more important people to talk to who doesn't need a rhinoplasty in his/her eyes. After that, about five or six girls are going to be sent down to the office for wearing shorts that are a half an inch below their butt cheeks with a spaghetti strap tank that is a size down from what they all actually need. I'll sit down and the teacher will start giving instructions while some kids are talking in the back (and front because they don't care about the education of others). The teacher will tell these kids to be quiet, and later on at lunch these kids (including the ones who were sent to the office within the first five minutes of going into class) are going to talk to each other and call that teacher a "bitch" or an "asshole," because apparently they think that calling a teacher horrible things for doing his/her job makes them cool and likeable. Some time during the day, the principal is going to pull me over and inform me that I'm using the wrong back pack and that it needs to be changed, because apparently guns can be hidden more easily in the normal ones than the knapsacks. When the last bell rings, people are going to run in the halls and shove people because personal space does not matter to these people and they could care less if you trip and fall because of them. On the bus, again, people will be screaming at each other in order to have a conversation because talking in a normal volume is too good for them.

Please tell me the adult world isn't going to be like this... I can't do this... I just want to live a peaceful life away from these idiots so I can play my old school Kirby and Yoshi puzzle games...

But seriously, how can I achieve a different, more healthy outlook on this? I have to go through four years of this and it clearly isn't going to work if I dread going each day because of these people. Do I tune them out? Play along? What do I do?
