Is it safe to eat sushi if it does NOT contain raw fish?

I've been craving sushi but would eat fried fish or anything that's cooked... Is that safe to do?

I said no only because of cross contamination. Your roll may not have any raw fish in it but it is likely prepared on the same surface as the raw rolls.

Apparently it's the rice that has bacteria in it as well as you don't know if they have used the same knife on raw fish and other foods if you really want it you can make it yourself I haven't bothered eating sushi out I just make it at home for my peace  of mind

I think it's safe if it's fried or cooked. Aren't nost bacteria killed when that happens anyways? And think about it this way; asian people still eat a ton of raw fish and eggs and such while pregnant because it's apart of their diet, and they turn out totally fine! I don't know if i'd go totally raw, but fried or cooked or baked should be fine. :) xxx
