Trying to stay healthy while pregnant!! Any advice??
Do you have any advice on staying healthy while pregnant?
I’m 10+1 weeks pregnant. This is my first pregnancy. I gained a lot of weight prior to pregnancy from birth control and anti-anxiety meds so I’m already big.
I really don’t want my weight to cause health issues for my baby. And I don’t want my eating habits while pregnant to set my kid up for terrible habits for the rest of their life. So I want to be as healthy as possible and try not to gain too much weight in the next 30 weeks.
I’ve set some rules/goals for myself and was wondering if you could suggest anything else to add.
