hello, I am on my first pregnancy and about 6 weeks pregnant, yesterday I started experiencing some spotting and today I have to wear a pad as I have what looks like a period, no clots, I went to the hospital and they done a vaginal scan, however advised it was hard to see anything as it’s such an early pregnancy, has anyone else experienced bleeding during there first trimester, I’m trying to remain calm while I wait on the blood tests but I’m expecting the worst
