TMI, serious pain

So recently me and my boyfriend’s family went on vacation over the weekend. I wasn’t on my period (already had it 2 weeks ago) and I felt fine except for waking up with some nausea one morning.

Once we got back home my boyfriend and I had sex, and I begin bleeding about an hour later, and of course I put in a tampon.

Tuesday (yesterday) I woke up vomiting and couldn’t stop running to the bathroom. My stomach was in extreme pain and it hurt to walk. As the day went on I took small naps but kept being woken up by the pain, eventually my back began hurting and it was impossible to do anything but cry from the pain. I’m also still bleeding through the whole thing.

Does anyone know what is happening?😭

So basically, Im bleeding when I shouldn’t be, vomitting, constant bathroom visits, back pain, and stomach pain.
