Chemical pregnancy
So I had a couple of faint but definite positives with some cramping. Followed by negative tests but no bleeding which is what worried me. Went to my GP, he said you don’t necessarily get bleeding following a chemical pregnancy/ very early miscarriage (which I presumed you would have)
