Babies and hair loss/hair growth?!

I don’t know much about hair loss and hair growth, but.. my daughters hair is growing longer and she has a lot of new hair coming in on top. She was born almost bald on top lol. Will she loose the new hair coming in on top? Or what i don’t know 🤦🏻‍♀️ I just love her hair 😂

My boy lost a lot of the hair he was born with on the top of his head and now has new growth finally at 6 weeks

The hair in the front will stay, it’s the new hair coming in. The long black hair in the back is probably foetal hair, and babies always lose that. Foetal hair is most often black but new hair is often lighter - even blonde babies might have black hair when born... Since the new hair is coming in nicely I guess your baby won’t be bald, it’ll grow in before she loses the old hair
