Hypertension
My blood pressure keeps going up every night to around 145/95. I don’t have a headache, but feel my heart bounding. I’m also short of breath going the stairs. This is my 3rd baby, never had blood pressure problems with my other two. I am 39 years old with this pregnancy. I have been trying to hydrate. Any other suggestions? Should I worry yet?
