Hand washing sperm

I have a question about sperm, does washing your hands in soap and water kill all sperm? If someone was to finger me afterwards would the sperm be dead and pregnancy impossible? I am very nervous because if the guy ejaculated earlier in the day, showered, and washed his hands is there a chance of pregnancy?
