my fiancé and I have been together for almost 3 years and he just called me and told me he doesn’t want to be with me anymore and doesn’t like me and only loves me as a friend. he said he’s been wanting to break up with me for a long time. i feel completely worthless, it feels like i’ve been punched in the stomach and throat. i can’t stop crying, i don’t know what to do. how do i deal with this
