Calorie counting frustration.

I have been calorie counting for a couple weeks now but mainly eating healthy too, i only drink water and then have things like egg whites, turkey sasuage, fruit, tuna, some lunch meats, veggies things like that, however my weight is completely at a stand still. I have not lost a single pound in DAYS. Its extremely frustrating to be doing all of this work and nothing to be happening. Any advice?
