4 weeks and no symptoms?

So I'm 4 weeks and 3 days today according to glow and I have no symptoms even though my pregnancy test and hcg blood test from two days ago say otherwise. I maybe had mild sensations in my left ovary area today, but no real cramping or nausea or headaches etc. Should I be concerned? I'm waiting on my second round of hcg results to come in tomorrow

I’m 14+1 today and still have no symptoms till this day. My 1st trimester I would have mild cramping here and there but that’s it. 
Only symptoms i have is I’m overly emotional sometimes, but that’s it! If I didn’t have a missed period I wouldn’t even know I was pregnant.

No, that’s normal. Not everyone will experience pregnancy symptoms right away. Enjoy it! I had no symptoms until 7 weeks when morning sickness came at full force and didn’t stop until the third trimester!

The only symptom I had with my first was food aversions.. that was it.. :) and being really tired mid day. But both of those only last first trimester.
