Effacement or Dilation?
What is more important? Effacement or Dilation?
Just left my 37 week appointment and the doctor said I’m not dilated yet but my cervix is almost fully thinned out! Anyone else experience this at 37 weeks? If so, when did you have baby!? I’M GETTING SO NERVOUS!!!!
