Leaking fluid?

I'm calling my midwife tomorrow as it's too late and I dont want to bother her if it's not an emergency...

But I feel like I might be leaking amniotic fluid? Im only 18 weeks today. For a couple months I've noticed that my underwear are always wet..... I thought it was discharge but it just seems way too much to be that. Its literally my entire underwear like up my butt and up the front included.. Today I smelled it so I could tell my midwife what it smells like and I THINK it smells like urine but I'm not 100% sure? Has this ever happened to anybody before? Is it considered an emergency? Should I go to the ER to get checked?

I did have a UTI a couple weeks ago which I completed the anti biotics for. Not sure if this is related in any way
