Going vegetarian

I went vegetarian on Monday and so far Ive lost weight and actually feel more energized. I decided to just quit meat cold turkey (no pun intended lol) and it's a good decision that I've made so far. Doing keto I used to get crazy sugar cravings and would end up binging and ruining my progress, but with being Vegetarian I don't even have cravings. I hope to someday shift to being a vegan. Is anyone else vegetarian on this app? Also I'm not trying to convince anyone to become a vegetarian I am just sharing what worked for me:)
