Not sure what to believe

So im on the depo, just got my second shot on friday but i was literally bleeding the entire summer, i have taken 2 equate tests and numerous other tests, the 2 equate tests were faintly positive, 1 slightly darker the second time i took it but all the other tests i have taken are negative, now my stomach is pooched alittle bit, this would be my 6th pregnancy so i would pooch out quick. Here is my pregnancy test. I just dont know what to do or believe since all the other ones are negative.
