Anatomy Scan at 19 weeks, cause for alarm??

Hi all,

I had my anatomy scan done, I am 19 weeks and 5 days. The perinatal specialist said everything was amazing, hands and feet had all digits and open and closed, no cleft pallet, head shape great etc,

However he did note that she has one very small cyst (so small he didn’t have an accurate measurement for me) in her brain,

And 5mm of fluid in her right kidney (left is fine).

He brought it up very casually in the ultrasound and did not sound worried at all, he told me these things clear up on their own and they are pretty common. He said I can come back in 5 weeks to do another scan to make sure everything is gone, which he seemed very confident they would be.

I had NIPT done and everything came back negative?

Have any of you mommas been through this? He tried to be reassuring but I’m freaking out.
