Hi ladies, I’m just trying to figure out if I’m about on schedule or I really need to get on a diet. I’m at 17 weeks and I’m already at +9-10lb :( how much did you guy’s gain by 17 weeks?

Everyone has a different starting point and a different ending points since none of our bodies are the same. You shouldn’t be the one putting yourself on a diet, your doctor should. Weight gain in pregnancy is normal and fluctuates. You might be gaining this week and next week stop.

I’m at 18 weeks and gained about 9 lbs. if you are at a healthy weight pre-pregnancy, total weight gain is supposed to be 25-35 lbs, so I think we are both pretty on track for that! I’ve heard expect about 1 lb per week from now through the end.

Everyone is different I was always told 30lbs is a good weight gain expected 
I’ve lost 11lbs and I’m at 19w but I’ve also had HG I did lose weight with my other pregnancies too 
If I could trade you spots I would lol I’d love to gain
