Who’s responsible
So, we’re literally 9 days away from closing on our house. At 11pm tonight I realized our fridge went out, all the food is spoiled. The fridge belongs to the landlord as it was here prior to us moving in 3 years ago. Are we responsible for replacing the fridge? I’m sure it’s at our cost for groceries... hellllp
