How the hell do I tell the difference between braxton hicks or contractions? Me and SO had sex around 10 pm and I told him it triggered

braxton hicks. Super uncomfortable but ok. I manage to fall asleep but I wake up at 1am because they just feel like they’ve gotten stronger, at this point it’s considered pain not just discomfort. I’m 33 weeks pregnant. I was throwing up a little a few hours before this started. I just wanna sleep but my lower back HURTS. 😢😢😢 no other symptoms though like mucus plug, bloody show, water leaking, nothing. Just intense back pain that lasts about 30 seconds every six or so minutes.
