Belt button Discharge

I have no belly button piercing ****

I recently been having some yellowish kind of discharge in my belly button I’m not sure if it’s because of tight fitting jeans or so but I’ve always used them and nothing has ever happened... what can it possibly idk if to go to the hospital or a clinic because I have to pay and well it had gone away and recently noticed today or it might have been I had my shirt all wet and I just let it dried and not changed
