From everything I’ve researched it’s not something that’s necessarily going to end. Basically their sleep cycles are changing and becoming more adult-like so any sleep props like rocking to sleep, nursing to sleep, etc. are going to need to be replicated at the end of every sleep cycle. Some babies may learn to consolidate sleep cycles at some point but from what I’ve learned the best thing you can do is teach your baby how to fall asleep on their own. I’ve been attempting to take away sleep props...it’s not easy and I’m hoping somethings gonna work soon! That’s just my point of view...we’re at week 5 and nothing changed in fact it’s gotten worse so some sort of sleep training may be in our future 😕
