Boyfriend and I have different opinions

Hey 👋 so I LOVE my boyfriend with all my heart. We have a super healthy and happy relationship! I do not ever want to lose him and I think he’s on the same page. However we’re having a little bit of a problem. We both lived in New England for a year and met there and lived together before I went back to school in Florida (I go to school in Florida because it’s a lot cheaper for me since my family lives there and I get in-state tuition). Now I’m in Florida and we’re long distance since he’s with his family in New England going to school. I am in school for Business Hospitality management and I got a DREAM job in the industry that I would happily work for the rest of my life. He also is in the running to get HIS dream job in New England that he would like to work for the rest of his life. That’s our problem, we both have amazing opportunities on opposite sides of the US that one of us would have to give up to be with the other. I want to be in Florida he wants to be in New England. We both have enough respect for eachother that we would never want the other to give that up just for a relationship. We both hav worked hard to get where we are. I’m very happy for him and myself! People may say the obvious answer is to just break up, but I think we both want to avoid that. Does anyone have any opinions on what they would do in that situation so neither of us gets screwed? Thanks :)
