I don’t know about you, but I have had AWFUL leg cramps lately. Usually at night, just one more thing to keep me awake. 😳

I asked my doctor about it today and told him I’ve tried eating more potassium.. I’ve even tried drinking pickle juice before bed!

He told me that in pregnancy, it’s not lack of potassium, it’s lack of calcium. Try taking calcium tablets in addition to prenatal’s.

SO, if you’re like me, and cant shake the cramps, try calcium instead of bananas!
