Taking your BBT help
Hey FAM👋🏻 (don’t shoot me 🤣). I recently started getting into and using FAM, but I’m not sure still about the whole take-your-bbt-same-time-every-day business.
I understand I gotta move as little as possible, do nothing but take my temp straight away, etc. etc.. But I’m not sure what time to set my alarm to take it in the morning. Is it that your bbt “is the lowest” right before you wake up? So you should take it right when you do? Or is is lowest just during the night? After however much sleep?
It’s summer holidays for me, so I don’t have a fixed time I wake up every day right now. I don’t have a problem with waking up early but I wanna know more exactly how I should go about it. For example, should I take it at 5am every day and then go back to sleep for another few hours, or should I take it more at like 7am and just start my day then?
I just wanna know be sure I understand and I get the most accurate readings I can. I plan on using FAM as my birth control so I needa be certain I’m doing it right 😅
